Our Refund Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our educational programmes. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your purchase
- You are the original purchaser of the programme
- You have not resold or redistributed the materials
How to Request a Refund

- Provide your original order details or receipt
- Briefly explain your reason for requesting the refund
- We will respond within 3 business days
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Refunds requested after 14 days of purchase
- Customised or personalised consulting sessions (refund available only if service was not delivered)
- Downloadable materials that have been fully accessed or redistributed
- Team programmes with more than 5 hours of completed sessions
- Refunds claimed for duplicate purchases (we will consolidate to one account)
Cancellations
Scheduled Consultations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.
Group Programmes: Cancellations must be made 14 days before the programme start date for a full refund. Later cancellations may be partially refundable depending on session delivery.

If you believe you've been incorrectly denied a refund, you may:

- Lodge a complaint with the Australian Consumer Law or relevant state regulator
Consumer Rights
This refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods or services are defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement regardless of the time elapsed.
